Ingredients
1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into nuggets
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil spray
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Dredge each piece in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with panko.
Spray nuggets lightly with olive oil on all sides.
Place nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F.
Let rest 2 minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
