Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces full-fat cream cheese (half block), cubed

  • ¾ cup milk or half-and-half

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

  • Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
