Ingredients
Scale
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp gelatin or agar powder
1 cup water
Optional: 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
Heat water and add gelatin to dissolve.
Mix in ACV, lemon, ginger, and cayenne.
Pour into silicone molds.
Chill for 1–2 hours until firm.
Notes
Store in airtight container in fridge up to 7 days.
