Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or agave syrup

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

  • 810 oz warm water


Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mason jar or glass.
