Description

A simple 3-ingredient Brazilian detox drink made with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. Supports fat burning, boosts metabolism, and helps digestion naturally.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • A pinch of cayenne pepper

  • 1 cup warm water

  • (Optional): 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon or a few drops of raw honey


Instructions

  • Warm 1 cup of water (do not boil).

  • Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.

  • Stir in cayenne pepper (and optional cinnamon or honey if desired).

 

  • Mix well and drink slowly on an empty stomach.

Notes

Drink once daily on an empty stomach. Use cinnamon if sensitive to spice. Not recommended for those with ulcers or acid reflux.
