Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • A pinch of cayenne pepper

  • 1 cup warm water

  • Optional: ½ teaspoon honey or 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  • Pour warm water into a glass.

  • Add apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper.
