Ingredients
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of cayenne pepper
1 cup warm water
Optional: ½ teaspoon honey or 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
Pour warm water into a glass.
Add apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper.
Stir thoroughly until blended.
Add honey or lemon if desired.
Drink immediately before meals or in the morning.
Notes
