1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1½ cups breadcrumbs or panko
1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Oil for frying or spray for baking
Instructions
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
Dredge in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry, bake, or air fry until golden and cooked through.
