Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
1 cup carrots (sliced)
1 cup peas
1/2 cup celery (diced)
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
4 tbsp butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup whole milk
1 tsp thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
2 pie crusts
Instructions
Sauté veggies in butter.
Stir in flour, then broth and milk.
Add chicken and seasonings.
Fill crust, top, vent, and bake at 400°F for 35–40 mins.
