Description

Frozen Brazilian Mounjaro Smoothie is a fat-burning, anti-inflammatory drink made with fresh ginger, lemon, turmeric, cinnamon, and apple cider vinegar. Perfect for weight loss and gut health.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger (or ½ tsp powder)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

  • ½ cup cold water

  • ½ cup ice cubes or frozen pineapple (optional)


Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  • Blend on high until smooth.

  • Pour into freezer-safe jars or molds.

  • Freeze for at least 1 hour or overnight.
