Ingredients
3 cups frozen peas, thawed
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup diced red onion
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
⅓ cup cooked bacon bits
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Thaw peas under cold running water and drain well.
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Fold in the peas, onion, cheddar, and bacon until evenly coated.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Stir gently and garnish with fresh herbs or extra bacon if desired.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
Add dill or paprika for extra flavor.
