Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup diced red onion

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Thaw peas under cold running water and drain well.

  • In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  • Fold in the peas, onion, cheddar, and bacon until evenly coated.

  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
