Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

  • Juice of 1 lemon (freshly squeezed)

  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground ginger)

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • ½ cup warm water

  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon cinnamon or ½ teaspoon raw honey


Instructions

  • Add the lemon juice, ginger, and cayenne pepper to a glass or jar.
