Description

This simple cottage cheese chips recipe makes light, crispy, protein-rich chips with just one main ingredient. A perfect low-carb snack for keto, clean eating, or guilt-free munching.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup small-curd cottage cheese

  • A pinch of sea salt (optional)

  • Optional flavor add-ins: garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili flakes, or Italian seasoning


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F).

  • Drain cottage cheese using a fine mesh strainer. Pat dry with paper towels.

  • Line a baking tray or air fryer basket with parchment paper.

  • Spoon tablespoon-sized mounds of cottage cheese onto the tray.

  • Sprinkle with seasoning if desired.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or air fry for 8–10 minutes, until golden brown.
