This simple cottage cheese chips recipe makes light, crispy, protein-rich chips with just one main ingredient. A perfect low-carb snack for keto, clean eating, or guilt-free munching.
Ingredients
½ cup small-curd cottage cheese
A pinch of sea salt (optional)
Optional flavor add-ins: garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili flakes, or Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F).
Drain cottage cheese using a fine mesh strainer. Pat dry with paper towels.
Line a baking tray or air fryer basket with parchment paper.
Spoon tablespoon-sized mounds of cottage cheese onto the tray.
Sprinkle with seasoning if desired.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or air fry for 8–10 minutes, until golden brown.
Let chips cool for 10 minutes to crisp up before serving.

Use small-curd, full-fat cottage cheese for best texture.
Chips continue crisping as they cool.
