Ingredients

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup warm filtered water
Instructions
Warm water until comfortable to touch.
Stir in lemon juice and cinnamon.
Add ACV last, stir again, and drink warm.
Notes
Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
Use a straw to protect tooth enamel.
Start with every other day if you’re new to ACV.
