Description

A powerful 3-ingredient fat-burning drink using apple cider vinegar, lemon, and cinnamon. Natural, simple, and effective.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup warm filtered water


Instructions

  • Warm water until comfortable to touch.

  • Stir in lemon juice and cinnamon.

 

  • Add ACV last, stir again, and drink warm.

Notes

  • Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach.

  • Use a straw to protect tooth enamel.

 

  • Start with every other day if you’re new to ACV.
