Description

These Triple Chocolate Raspberry Brownies are ultra-fudgy and loaded with dark, milk, and white chocolate chunks plus juicy raspberries. A rich and balanced dessert with bold flavor and a soft, gooey center.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter

  • ½ cup (90g) dark chocolate, chopped

  • ½ cup (90g) milk chocolate chunks

  • ½ cup (90g) white chocolate chips

  • ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs, room temperature

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 cup (120g) fresh or frozen raspberries


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper.

  • In a heatproof bowl, melt butter and dark chocolate together. Let cool slightly.

  • Whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Fold in flour and salt. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.

  • Stir in milk chocolate chunks, white chocolate chips, and raspberries.

  • Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.

  • Optional: Top with extra chocolate or raspberries.

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.

 

  • Cool completely in the pan. Chill for clean slices. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Do not thaw raspberries if using frozen.

  • Chill before slicing for clean edges.
