These Triple Chocolate Raspberry Brownies are ultra-fudgy and loaded with dark, milk, and white chocolate chunks plus juicy raspberries. A rich and balanced dessert with bold flavor and a soft, gooey center.
Ingredients
½ cup (115g) unsalted butter
½ cup (90g) dark chocolate, chopped
½ cup (90g) milk chocolate chunks
½ cup (90g) white chocolate chips
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
1 cup (120g) fresh or frozen raspberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
In a heatproof bowl, melt butter and dark chocolate together. Let cool slightly.
Whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in flour and salt. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
Stir in milk chocolate chunks, white chocolate chips, and raspberries.
Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
Optional: Top with extra chocolate or raspberries.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
Cool completely in the pan. Chill for clean slices. Enjoy!
Notes
Do not thaw raspberries if using frozen.
Chill before slicing for clean edges.
Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
