Description

Crispy, high-protein, low-point cottage cheese chips made in the oven—perfect for Weight Watchers and healthy snacking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Scoop small spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the sheet.

  • Sprinkle with seasonings.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are golden and crisp.

 

  • Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
