Ingredients
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop small spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the sheet.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are golden and crisp.
Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
