Ingredients

  • Juice from 1 fresh lime

  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

  • 1 cup warm filtered water


Instructions

  • Warm the filtered water until just lukewarm.

  • Add the apple cider vinegar and fresh lime juice to the water.

  • Stir in the Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.

 

  • Drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
